Clinical & Operational Management
Dr Alexandra Davies DMD, MSc in Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry, PG Cert DRM Principal Dentist GDC: 246597 Highly Commended Practice Principal of the Year 2026
Alexandra graduated from the University of Pécs, Hungary, in 2013, before returning to the UK to build extensive clinical experience across mixed NHS and private practices in both England and Wales.
Committed to advancing her expertise, she completed an MSc in Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry at the University of Manchester in 2020.
Driven by a holistic philosophy and a genuine passion for exceptional patient care, Alexandra took over Whitland Dental Co with a vision to create a truly welcoming environment — one that reflects her belief that surroundings play a vital role in overall wellbeing.
Outside of dentistry, Alexandra enjoys travelling, tending to her cacti, seeking out large and beautiful books, and collecting coins.
Mr Rhydian Davies Practice Manager Practice Manager of the Year Finalist 2025 & 2026
A fluent Welsh speaker and formerly Corporal Davies, Rhydian brings an exceptional and distinguished background to Whitland Dental Co.
Having completed 22 years of service in the RAF as a Survival Equipment Technician, 19 of which were spent managing aviators and 3 years at RAF Halton training recruits, Rhydian developed an outstanding depth of leadership, operational management, and training expertise.
Whilst new to the dental industry, Rhydian's strategic acumen and management skills are well-aligned with the standards seen in some of the most successful practices in the country, making him an invaluable asset to the team.
At home, Rhydian enjoys green laning and spending quality time with his son, Gwion.

Miss Hannah Greenough Trainee Dental Nurse Dental Nurse of the Year Finalist 2026
Hannah joined the Whitland Dental Co team in February 2025, bringing a diverse professional background in Sports & Leisure Management, during which she gained extensive practical experience in medical emergencies and trained colleagues in CPR and emergency response protocols.
She furthered her clinical journey as a Trainee Dental Nurse during the pandemic, developing resilience and adaptability in a demanding healthcare environment.
She has a special passion for supporting nervous patients, and is always happy to hold your hand when needed, ensuring every patient feels calm, safe, and well cared for.
Outside of the practice, Hannah enjoys DIY, the gym, and the great outdoors.
Miss Gracie Rogers Trainee Dental Nurse
Gracie joins the Whitland Dental Co team from Pembroke, having started with us in March 2026.
With a background in education, she brings valuable experience supporting children and teenagers with learning needs and mental health challenges - developing a naturally calm, patient, and compassionate approach that translates beautifully into a patient-facing clinical environment.
Gracie is now embarking on her career as a Trainee Dental Nurse and is passionate about ensuring every patient feels comfortable and at ease throughout their appointment. Her ability to connect with and reassure those who may feel anxious makes her a wonderful addition to the team.
After work, Gracie enjoys the gym and spending quality time with friends and family.
Miss Lisa Asher Trainee Dental Nurse
Lisa joins the Whitland Dental Co team as a Trainee Dental Nurse, bringing valuable prior experience from her time working in private dentistry elsewhere.
Her background in private practice has given her a strong appreciation of high standards of patient care, attention to detail, and the smooth running of a busy clinical environment.
Lisa is due to qualify as a Dental Nurse in January 2027 — a milestone she is working towards with real dedication and enthusiasm. She is committed to ensuring every patient feels welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys jewellery making, spending time with her pony, and indulging her enthusiasm for fast cars.
